We provide CARB Clean Truck Check compliance services, including CC40 automatic testing devices for eligible OBD vehicles and on-site mobile testing. Eligibility depends on your vehicle's engine year, weight, and diagnostic connection.
We assist with testing and can help with CTC-VIS registration and related tasks. However, vehicle owners remain responsible for their CTC-VIS account information, compliance fees, testing deadlines, vehicle registration, and overall compliance with CARB requirements. We do not guarantee a passing test result; a vehicle must be mechanically ready to pass.
Pricing shown on this site is current and subject to change. The CC40 introductory annual price of $259 per eligible vehicle is available through July 31, 2026; the standard annual price of $289 applies thereafter. Mobile testing pricing is as shown and subject to routing and scheduling availability.
A+ Plus Clean Truck Check is an independent testing provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the California Air Resources Board.
